Uses and Features
Industrial dust extraction and filtration systems of the BAG FILTER type are self-cleaning systems using compressed air, designed to filter air emitted from production processes that release large amounts of dust and particles under harsh conditions.
The filters are adapted for very high dust loads and are individually designed for each project by our engineering team. These systems are mainly used in the mineral industry for production processes such as crushing, grinding, pneumatic conveying, and drying of raw materials, in the wood processing industry, and in the metal industry for casting and metalworking processes.
All filter components are laser-cut, the filter body is fully welded, and constructed from steel sheets / stainless steel 316 / stainless steel 304 with thicknesses of 3–5 mm, providing mechanical strength, EXTRA HEAVY DUTY construction, and long-term process durability.
Methods for cleaning filter elements
Automatic cyclic cleaning using bursts of compressed air into the filter sleeves with the PULSE-JET method, allowing uniform and efficient cleaning of the filter sleeves.
