High Pressure Plastic Blower Model - PPR

Uses and Features

Industrial radial plastic blower designed for operation under high pressures. Built with an EXTRA HEAVY DUTY industrial structure and suitable for continuous process operation under extreme conditions of pressure, contaminants, and corrosion.

PPR blowers are used to suction air containing corrosive vapors in various chemical manufacturing processes where high pressure is required, mainly in SCRUBBER facilities for vapor and gas treatment, suction of odors and gases in sewage treatment plants, chemical reactors, and other corrosive production processes.

Technical Specification

  • Impeller diameter: 600-1,000 mm.
  • Drive : Direct, belt, direct with coupling.
  • Flow rate : 400-20,000 m³/h.
  • Static pressure : 100-700 mm H₂O.
  • Construction materials : PP, PVDF.
  • Motors : High-efficiency motors suitable for operation with a frequency converter, option for explosion-proof motors ZONE1 and ZONE2.
  • Special additions : Silencers, maintenance inspection hatch, rain hood for the motor, drainage at the bottom of the fan, shaft seal, flexible connectors, vibration mounts, diameter transitions at fan inlet and outlet.

The blower body and impeller are made of extra-thick polypropylene or PVDF. The blower impellers include large hub rotors with a thick, completely sealed plastic coating. The rotors include keys, Allen screws, and threads for impeller removal. All blowers are balanced both statically and dynamically at the end of production.

Advantages for users of ventilation fans and engineering

  • Process durability thanks to the use of durable construction materials and EXTRA HEAVY DUTY design.
  • Option to paint the blower with a special paint system up to C5M protection level.
  • Cost savings due to high efficiency and process durability.
  • Simple maintenance made possible by water cleaning and dedicated drainage openings.
  • High-pressure blower resistant to corrosion.
