Uses and Features
The PAH blower is a backward-curved centrifugal fan, welded and built in a HEAVY DUTY industrial plastic construction. PAH blowers are used for suction of air containing corrosive vapors in various chemical manufacturing processes, suction from coating and curing baths, SCRUBBER systems for treating vapors and gases, suction from fume hoods in laboratories, extraction of odors and gases in wastewater treatment plants, and other corrosive processes.
Technical Specification
- Impeller diameter: 300-1,600 mm.
- Drive: Direct, belt, direct with coupling.
- Flow rate: 300-80,000 m³/h.
- Static pressure: 50-400 mmH₂O.
- Construction materials: PP, PVC, PVDF, PP - ANTISTATIC.
- Motors: High-efficiency motors suitable for operation with frequency inverters, optional explosion-proof motors for ZONE1 and ZONE2.
- Special additions: Silencers, maintenance inspection hatch, rain hood for the motor, drainage at the bottom of the fan, shaft seal, flexible connectors, vibration mounts, diameter transitions at fan inlet and outlet.
The blower body and impeller are made of particularly thick polypropylene or PVDF. The blower impellers include hub cores with a thick, completely sealed plastic coating. The hubs include studs, Allen screws, and threads for impeller extraction. All blowers are statically and dynamically balanced at the end of production.
