Uses and Features
The SB filtration table is designed for polishing, grinding, weighing, packaging, processing of complex materials, and dust and particle extraction, all without interfering with the production process. The table can be used sitting or standing, providing maximum comfort for the operator. It is suitable for continuous, intensive use in the metal, mineral raw materials, chemical, pharmaceutical, woodworking, and mixing plant industries.
Air is drawn through suction slots at the front of the table and through slots across the work surface grid. The extracted dust is filtered and collected in a drawer at the bottom of the table. Air suction is provided by an industrial centrifugal fan installed outside the table and includes silencers.

All parts of the table are laser-cut; the filter body is fully welded and built from galvanized steel sheets 3–5 mm thick, providing mechanical strength, an EXTRA HEAVY DUTY structure, and long-term process durability.
Filter cleaning methods
The internal filters are cleaned as needed using compressed air with the ROTARY-JET (spray) method, known as the most efficient cleaning system in the world. The spray ensures perfect air distribution along the entire filter, providing uniform cleaning pressure that allows each pleat to be cleaned individually and thoroughly. Using this spray significantly extends the filter’s lifespan, substantially reduces noise levels, and enables considerable savings (up to 70%) in compressed air consumption.
