Uses and Features
The VERTI FLOW filter is an automatic dust filter used to filter air emitted from production processes that release dust and particles at low concentrations.
The filter is designed for intensive and continuous operation in the metal, mineral raw materials, chemical, pharmaceutical, wood processing, and mixing plant industries.
All filter components are laser-cut, the filter body is fully welded, and constructed from steel sheets / stainless steel 316 / stainless steel 304 with thicknesses of 3–5 mm, providing mechanical strength, EXTRA HEAVY DUTY construction, and long-term process durability.
Filter element cleaning method
- The PULSE-JET method with an enhanced cleaning nozzle provides efficient cleaning along the entire length of the filter during operation. This method reduces areas of the filter that remain uncleaned, which can occur with conventional PULSE-JET cleaning.
