Uses and Features
Cyclones and TAF separators serve as primary separators in "PRE-SEPARATOR" filtration systems before a micron filter, particularly when the dust load in the suction system is extremely high. The equipment is also used as a main separator in sawdust and chip systems when the particle size and mass are large.
The systems are designed for capacities ranging from 100 to 50,000 m³/h.
All parts of the systems are laser-cut, the filter body is fully welded, and constructed from steel / stainless steel 316 / stainless steel 304 sheets with thicknesses of 3–5 mm, providing mechanical strength, EXTRA HEAVY DUTY construction, and long-term process durability.
