The CARTRIDGE FILTER is an automatic dust filtration system used to filter air emitted from production processes that release dust and particles.
The dust filtration system is designed for intensive and continuous operation in the metal, raw materials, minerals, chemical, pharmaceutical, wood processing, and mixing plant industries.
The dust filtration system structure includes a primary inertial separator to separate dust and reduce the load on the filter media. The airflow regime in the filters is highly efficient, aiding in filter cleaning and maintaining low pressure drop. The filter elements have exceptionally high filtration efficiency, ensuring compliance with the strictest emission standards: DIN 24184 CATEGORY M, BIGA, EN-60335-2-69, and all Clean Air Act requirements.
All parts of the dust filtration system are laser-cut, the filter body is fully welded, and constructed from steel sheets / stainless steel 316 / stainless steel 304 with thicknesses of 3–5 mm, providing mechanical strength, EXTRA HEAVY DUTY construction, and long-term process durability.
Methods for cleaning filter elements
The ROTARY-JET (rotary lance) method is the most efficient cleaning system in the world. The rotary lance provides perfect air distribution along the entire filter, with uniform cleaning pressure that allows each pleat in the filter to be cleaned individually and thoroughly. Using the rotary lance significantly extends filter life, substantially reduces noise levels, and enables significant savings (up to 70%) in compressed air consumption compared to other cleaning methods.
The PULSE-JET method with a GO-CO nozzle provides efficient and uniform cleaning along the entire length of the filter during filtration. This method prevents areas of the filter from remaining uncleaned, which can occur with conventional PULSE-JET cleaning.
