Industrial Blower

Each of us is familiar with a blower thanks to the gardeners who use leaf blowers under our windows to clean gardens and pathways. But in various industries, blowers are a much bigger and more serious matter, often found in sizes equivalent to entire rooms or half-rooms.

An industrial blower is designed to extract air, dust, and debris from rooms that need to remain completely clean. For example, such blowers can be found in hospitals, factories, restaurants, workshops, laboratories, and more. Since they keep rooms clean and well-ventilated, they are used wherever such controlled environments are required.

There are several types of blowers available on the market, starting with centrifugal blowers, which are capable of moving air, smoke, and even significant amounts of water vapor. They are constructed with thick, welded metal and maintain a clean finish despite the various tasks they perform. The blower includes very powerful suction systems that allow continuous extraction at high airflow rates.

Axial blower – designed for ventilation and smoke extraction, mainly used in the food industry or in factories that handle burning materials. It includes specialized fans that provide high-quality room ventilation. Like standard blowers, it is built from thick, fully welded metal sheets and can be installed with accessories that allow mounting on walls and roofs. It can also be connected to silencers, protective grilles, damper systems, and more. Each of these accessories enables the blower to operate efficiently, safely, and cleanly. An axial blower can operate at high water pressure and has very high airflow pressure.

Roof blower – this blower is intended for smoke extraction and can be installed on various roof types, including corrugated roofs, concrete, steel, insulated panels, and more. It is suitable for the food industry, medical laboratories, and factories where materials are burned. Constructed from thick aluminum or steel sheets with full welding, roof blowers are available in different sizes according to need.

Ventilation blower – also a centrifugal blower, primarily designed for high airflow applications, operating with high pressure and efficiency. It is found in various factories across different industries. It is recommended for use where water vapor or dust extraction is required at varying levels.

Before deciding which blower to install, consult with an engineer to determine your exact needs and what is appropriate for the facility you are responsible for. It is important to ensure that the blower is certified and tested both for its standard compliance and operational performance before installation. Some industries and buildings require blower installation by law, so it is crucial to check not only whether a blower is needed but also what type and specifications are required. Only then can you purchase the best blower for your needs.
