Uses and Features
The bag discharge filter is an automatic dust filter used to filter particles and dust suspended during the emptying of raw material bags. The filter is designed for intensive and continuous operation in the food, raw materials, minerals, chemical, pharmaceutical, plastic, and mixing plant industries.
All parts of the filter are laser-cut, the filter body is fully welded, and constructed from steel sheets / 316 stainless steel / 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 3-5 mm, providing mechanical strength, EXTRA HEAVY DUTY construction, and long-term process durability.
The filter connects to either an integral blower or an external blower. Filter cleaning is automatic and performed using ROTARY JET blow nozzles, which operate quietly without shock pulses. This cleaning method is known as the most efficient and advanced method in the world for cleaning automatic filters.
The filter returns all suspended raw material and dust to the production process to prevent losses and disruption in production batch dosing.
