Dust Purification Unit Model - AFU

Uses and Features

The AFU air filtration and purification unit is a system for particle filtration using multiple stages of replaceable filters. The unit provides a convenient and cost-effective solution for filtering air from various contaminants.

AFU units have three main uses:

  • Supply of filtered air from the surrounding environment into office buildings, control rooms, and work areas to prevent Sick Building Syndrome.

  • Air is drawn from the area where contaminants are generated and released back into the environment after filtration, mainly for applications where it is not possible to install a filter with automatic cleaning or where contaminant concentrations are low.

  • Air purification and circulation in conditioned areas where contaminants are emitted and it is necessary to maintain air conditioning, such as extraction from hoods and workstations.

Technical Specification

Models : For filtration only or combined with internal blowers.
Filtration levels : 20%, 30%, 40%, 60%, 80%, 99.97% - HEPA.
Capacities : 500-50,000 m³/h.

All parts of the filter are laser-cut, and the filter body is reinforced and constructed from steel sheets / stainless steel / galvanized sheets with thicknesses of 1.5–3 mm, providing mechanical strength, a HEAVY DUTY structure, and long-lasting durability. The unit body includes service doors with sealing and locking arrangements.

User benefits of ventilation and engineering filters

  • Continuous, reliable, and safe operation
  • Very high filtration efficiency
  • HEAVY DUTY industrial construction
  • Unit design allows easy and convenient operation and maintenance
  • Significant cost savings on replacement parts
  • Variety of filter materials tailored to the type of contaminant, using standard accessible filters
  • Option for air filtration and purification within departments, returning treated air to the halls while maintaining air conditioning
