Uses and Features
The AFCU air filtration and purification unit is a system for filtering particles, gases, vapors, and odors using multiple stages of particle filters up to HEPA H14 grade and replaceable activated carbon cartridges.
The uniqueness of the AFCU system lies in its carbon cartridge technology, which includes special seals to prevent unfiltered contaminant leakage, providing a solution to a problem present in standard filtration units available on the market.
The unit offers an efficient and convenient solution for air purification from various contaminants. Its spacious design allows easy access to the filtration media, and service doors are equipped with user-friendly sealing and locking arrangements for easy maintenance.
AFCU units have three main uses:
- Supplying filtered air from the surrounding environment into the building to prevent Sick Building Syndrome, particularly in areas with emissions of volatile organic compounds such as fuel vapors, alcohols, and similar substances.
- Suction of air from contaminant generation areas and its release back into the environment after filtration, such as from work hoods, painting stations, bonding stations, and more.
- Purification and circulation of air in air-conditioned areas where contaminant emissions occur and maintaining proper air conditioning is required.
Technical Specification
- Models : Filtering only or combined with internal blowers.
- Filtration levels : 20%, 30%, 40%, 60%, 80%, 99.97%, activated carbon, and alumina.
- Flow rates : 500-50,000 m³/h.
All filter components are laser-cut, with the filter body specially reinforced and constructed from steel sheets / stainless steel / galvanized metal with thicknesses of 1.5–3 mm, providing mechanical strength, a HEAVY DUTY structure, and long-lasting durability.
