VENT-CARB Activated Carbon Filter

Uses and Features

The Vent-Carb activated carbon filter is a unit for the adsorption and filtration of toxic gases, solvents, and industrial odors using a deep activated carbon bed. The system is used for gas filtration in research institutions, restaurants and kitchens, wastewater treatment plants, chemical terminals, and recycling and contaminant treatment sites.

Technical Specification

  • Flow rate : 300-100,000 m³/h.
  • Amount of coal per filter tank : 200-5,000 kg.
Adsorption and neutralization materials: various types of activated carbon, activated alumina, resin materials, zeolite, including impregnation with diverse chemisorbents tailored to specific chemicals and odors.

The filtration technology, airflow management, and deep carbon bed enable treatment of chemical and odor residues, emergency handling of toxic and hazardous spills, and filtration of high-concentration solvent emissions, including material recovery and automatic regeneration of the adsorption systems for continuous operation.

All parts of the filter are laser-cut, the filter body is fully welded, made of steel or stainless steel sheets (3–5 mm thick), and coated inside and out with epoxy paint, providing mechanical strength, EXTRA HEAVY DUTY construction, and long-term process durability.
