Acoustical enclosure

Uses and Features

Acoustic chambers are used to reduce the noise level of loud equipment and machinery such as high-pressure blowers, vacuum pumps, compressors, and more. The chamber dimensions are adapted to the size of the equipment.

The acoustic chamber is manufactured in two configurations: one as a single unit with a front door, and the other as a split unit. Both designs allow easy access for maintenance of the equipment components inside the chamber.

All chambers are constructed from acoustic panels, including 2–4 layers of acoustic insulation covered with perforated metal or an additional layer of acoustic foam. The chambers include service doors and forced ventilation with a silenced fan to prevent motor overheating.

User Benefits

  • Maintains the lowest possible noise levels compared to alternative solutions.
  • Improves workplace safety—machines are enclosed within chambers, not exposed to employees.
  • Heavy-duty industrial construction, reliable and long-lasting.
  • Chamber design allows easy and convenient operation and maintenance.
  • Acoustic chambers can be customized to fit existing equipment.
